PDF Output
In most cases, PDFs won't be generated from within CHILI Editor, but rather as part of the external workflow. CHILI Editor does provide direct access to PDF generation, though (most often used by administrators, rather than end users). This can be done either through a Panel or a ToolBar item:
PDF export in the toolbar:
NOTE: while the "Output" toolbar item is present in the default workspace (bottom toolbar), it does not show either button by default, as that requires matching PDF Export Settings to be selected in the ToolBar Item's properties
PDF export panel:
Inside the Panel, an output setting and page range can be selected. See PDF Export Settings for more information on the configuration of these settings in CHILI BackOffice.
The ToolBar Item has been set up to allow end users to get a quick preview PDF. To do so, the item needs to be configured with a PDF Export Setting.
