Spell Checking
Spelling dictionaries
In order to allow spell checking in the CHILI Editor, spell checking libraries need to be loaded in the /wiki/spaces/CPDOC/pages/1412222.
Language settings
To allow the user to check the spelling for a certain document, the document needs to know the language it's written in.
Language settings can be set on different levels.
First level is the document (Document tab >> Document settings panel)
Second level is the layout (Document tab >> Layer list panel >> Settings)
Third level is the frame itself (Select frame, Text tab >> Text Frame Settings panel)
Checking the spelling
You can set the button to initiate the check spelling in the toolbar above the document, or in the floating toolbar above the selected frame.
Clicking the button will open up the "Spell Check" popup.
The language set for the frame (Frame level, Layer level or Document level) will be selected by default.
