Managing Viewpreferences

Concept

Viewpreferences are all settings combined involving the way you view your document / application.
E.g. the way you like to view the units is in mm, your co-workers like to work in inches.
You can set these viewpreferences, and save the setting for later use.

The saved settings can be re-used on another document.

In the backoffice you can see the saved viewpreferences.

Where can I set the viewpreferences

In the tab "Environment" (default settings and naming of the tabs) you can find the panel "Viewpreferences"

In the panel viewpreferences there are sub-tabs to host all settings.
These sub-tabs are divided in chapters / groups of settings
Each sub-tab has its own page, see the navigation.

Below the sub-tabs you see the up- and download arrows. You can up- and download the viewpreferences to the server.

The upload arrow pops up a windows where you can select where to save the settings. The down arrow will give a similar window where you can select the settings to download.
