Templates for your portal
CHILI Publisher doesn't have a concept of "templates". But these can be presented to the user as a choice in your own web portals.
To accomplish this, you can create a directory structure in the Document resource which represents the choice of templates. For example containing the following directories
- Templates
- Orders
- Temp
Each sub-structure could hold the relevant CHILI documents for use in your portal's interface. In most cases, the external portal will allow selection of a CHILI document, to be linked to a portal product together with other workflow-relevant information (WorkSpace, PDF Export Settings, ViewPreferences from CHILI, but also workflow-managed logic such as ordering and pricing information, etc).
