Adds an asset to an External Asset Library

Name	Type	Description
apiKey	apiKey	The API key previously generated by calling the GenerateApiKey function
url	url	The URL to post the asset to
fileName	fileName	The name of the uploaded file
fileData	fileOrData	The path to the file, or its base64 encoded data
