At some point you might want to move your existing CHILI installation to new (cloud) infrastructure. To do this, you must contact CHILI support because this is not an action you can do on your own.

It actually requires a re-installation of the CHILI software and then a move of your data (environments, documents, assets, ...). Attempting to move the installation manually by copying directories or any other method will result in a non-working installation and cannot not be supported.

To request a move of the installation: please open a new support ticket via the support platform with all the necessary information for our support team to perform this move.
