What is changing?

On May 30th, 2024, we will update our internal DNS settings. This may cause about 6 minutes of reduced performance. This is not a software update, and there are no external changes. It is a change to our internal infrastructure. You do not need to take any action, but you may want to inform your clients of potential performance issues.

Scheduled Times for the Change on May 30, 2024

Environments in the following regions will experience this reduced performance during the following timeslots:

  • US East: 08:00-08:30 UTC

  • Australia East: 13:00-13:30 UTC

  • West Europe, France Central, UK South: 19:00-19:30 UTC

 

How to Find Your Region

Unfortunately, CHILI GraFx does not show regional information directly.

To find your region:

  1. Go to the environments page.

  1. Open your network panel in developer tools and reload the page.

  2. Filter the requests to "environments?sub".

  3. Select the request with Status 200.

  4. Check the Response tab to see the region of each environment.
