Go to the ReleaseNotes, and download the latest version
Download the plugin
Unzip the downloaded files
- Windows version
- OSX Version
Double click the version for your OS

After you’re done with the installer, restart Adobe Illustrator.

You’ll find the Converter in the “Window” menu.
