Browse & search

For resources which are directory-based, each object in BackOffice is displayed just like a "file" you know from any OS file system.

If the resource is file-based, an underlying file exists on disk for this item (e.g. in the case of Assets or Fonts). If the resource is object-based, an XML file exists describing the object (e.g. in the case of Documents or WorkSpaces). In all cases, the underlying file can be found on the server under:
DATA_DIR\Environments\ENVIRONMENT_NAME\Resources\RESOURCE_NAME\...

Browse

If the current resource is directory-based, you can browse the Libraries, Folders and items in a visual structure.

Double-click on a Library or folder to go deeper in the structure.

For all resources, you can also search through the list of items.

NOTE: you can also search based on an item's ID. The ID must be entered completely in the search text box (no sub-part)
