FrameTags can be set in the Frame Location panel.

These Tags allow you to reference a frame, with Anchoring, but also through Integration and Smart Templates.

Once tagged, the frame can be used as a target:

Make them unique!

If you need to address a specific frame, it’s important to give your frames unique Tags. If duplicate Tags are found, addressing your frames will not work.
