Library Settings

Concept

Each top level folder is called a "Library".
Each of their subfolders (and each of their subfolders) are referred to as a "Folder".

Settings for libraries and folders can be changed by selecting the folder or library, and changing the preferences in the Library section on the info pane.
On a library (top-level folder), these settings will immediately be shown, opposed to a subfolder where you first need to enable the option "Override parent settings"

General settings

The name of the Library is set the moment you create it. You can not yet change it.
The description is a free textfield. You can fill it with all general information about this library.

Edit settings

Each library can have default values/sets for the way you edit a document.
Here you can read all about Workspaces and View preferences. On a library you can set the default Workspace and the default Viewpreferences.

The default values you set for "Edit" will have effect when the editor is loaded with edit permissions.

View settings

The same as Edit settings applies for the default settings for viewing a document within this library. These selected sets apply for all documents in this library.
These settings will have effect for viewing the document.
