Saving your settings

The chapters previous to this one, have explained on how to change your workspace.

After you carefully selected the different items to be visible, unvisible, or only visible to end-users or administrators, you can save these settings as a Workspace.

This happens via the Workspace button in the lower toolbar (default location).

As an administrator, you click this button, and you can then load or save the configured workspace to the server.

Clicking the "save" button will save the current settings to the server. Another popup will ask you where you would like to save the file.
Workspaces are saved on the server, and can be organised in folders. You can make new (sub) folders by clicking on the blue folder-icon.
