Managing Toolbars

What is a toolbar?

Toolbars are the locations where you can find the tools you need to work on the document.

You can find the toolbars above the document (center part of the editor) and below the document.
Depending on your settings, you can also have inline toolbars: toolbars near to the object you selected in the editor.

Managing items in the toolbar

By default all tools are visible. As for all items/panels/objects in CHILI Editor, you can limit the use / visibility of the tools for certain users.

When logged in as administrator, you get a pencil next to the sets of toos.
A set is a group of tools with similar functionality. (eg. Save, save as..., open, revert)

Set of tools:

Pencil shows when hovering over the set of tools.

Clicking the small pencil will pop up a windows.

In this window you can set the properties of how this group of tools should behave.
